LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a client in southern Indiana seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist for a contract to hire opportunity. This role will report directly to the CFO.
Responsibilities:
· Manage client accounts, A/R balances and resolve discrepancies
· Cash receipts, posting payments, reconciling company credit cards and following up on past due invoices
· Perform month-end tasks including reconciling intercompany accounts payable and accounts receivable
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of prior accounts receivable experience
· Associates or Bachelor's degree - OR - relevant accounting work history
· High organization, detail oriented, and work with high accuracy to maintain records and data
· MS Office Suite proficiency including Excel
Additional Details:
· Contract to Hire
· In-Office, flexible work hours
· Pay: $45 - $50k
