Job Title: Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist – Temp to Hire
Location: Stuart, FL (100% Onsite)
Pay Rate: $25–$30 per hour (based on experience)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team in Stuart, FL. This is a full-time, onsite position with the potential to convert to a permanent role based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and manage incoming payments accurately and timely.

• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities.

• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.

• Generate and distribute invoices, statements, and aging reports.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure accurate billing and collections.

• Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts receivable transactions.

• Assist with month-end closing and reporting tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar finance role.

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-volume AR processing.

• Familiarity with ERP systems and reporting tools.

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
