LHH Recruitment is partnering with a corporation near Tempe that is in search of an accounting analyst to join their team. This role is fully onsite Monday-Friday. The salary range is between $55,000-$60,000.
Overview:
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with financial data, analyzing information, and supporting accurate financial reporting. The Accounting Analyst will play an important role in maintaining the integrity of financial records and assisting with general ledger activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data and assist with preparation of reports for the accounting team
- Support general ledger accounting functions, including reviewing transactions and account activity
- Assist with account reconciliations and identifying discrepancies
- Utilize Excel to organize, analyze, and report on financial data
- Review financial records for accuracy and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Collaborate with internal departments to gather information and resolve accounting questions
- Maintain organized financial records and documentation
Qualifications:
- At least 1+ year working in an accounting or finance-related role
- Exposure to or experience with general ledger accounting
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis strongly preferred)
- Bachelor Degree is preferred
- High attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Schedule & Compensation:
- Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Fully onsite position located in Tempe
- Competitive pay based on experience
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
