LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with an outstanding company in Tempe, AZ that is looking for a Full-Time Onsite Monday through Friday Administrative Assistant. Pay range is $21.00-$23.00 per hour depending on prior experience.

The Administrative Assistant is a role supports daily front office operations, manages communications across all internal levels, and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth and efficient workplace functioning.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office operations including mail distribution, package handling, and visitor log in.
  • Inventory and stock of office supplies.
  • Mail distribution of incoming and outgoing.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain office org charts
  • Assist with onboarding logistics for new hires and provide general office support.
  • Uphold confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ year of recent work experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
