Bilingual Customer Service

LHH Recruitment Solutions is working with a healthcare based organization in Tempe. This company is in search of a Bilingual Spanish customer service representative to join their team.

This role is fully onsite and focused primarily on phone- and email-based customer service and order support, with some face-to-face interaction with patients and visitors. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting customers in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The hourly rate for this position is between $21/hr-$24/hr.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer service to patients and clients via phone and email in both English and Spanish
  • Assist with order support, inquiries, and issue resolution
  • Accurately document interactions and maintain customer records
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate service
  • Greet and assist walk-in patients or visitors as needed
  • Maintain compliance with healthcare privacy and confidentiality standards
  • Deliver a positive and professional experience at all times

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is required
  • Prior customer service experience (healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable handling a high volume of calls and emails
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work fully onsite, Monday–Friday

Pay Details: $21.00 to $24.00 per hour
