Mortgage Customer Service Representative

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a small mortgage and home loan company in Tempe who is seeking a dependable and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a full-time, onsite role ideal for candidates who thrive in a professional office environment and enjoy helping customers navigate financial services. The hourly rate is between $21/hr-$25/hr DOE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email

• Provide clear and accurate information regarding loan products and application status

• Assist clients with documentation and form completion

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses and resolutions

• Maintain organized records of customer interactions

• Perform general administrative support as needed

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Mortgage default or collections experience is required!

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced office setting

• Proficient in basic computer systems and data entry
