Location: Tempe, AZ

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 (DOE)

We’re seeking a Project Accountant with recent construction accounting experience to join a busy and growing team in Tempe! If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have hands-on experience with AIA billing and project accounting processes, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle AIA billing, indirect charges, job reviews, and job cost transfers

• Oversee preliminary notices, COIs (Certificates of Insurance), and manage tax certificates and bonding requirements

• Enter, review, and process vendor invoices

• Assist with reconciliations, purchase orders, and internal audits

• Collaborate with project managers and operational teams to ensure job costs are accurate and up to date

Qualifications:

• Must have recent experience in construction accounting

• Proficiency with AIA billing and job cost accounting

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• Experience with accounting software (Foundation, Sage, or similar preferred)
