Administrative Assistant
Location: Onsite in Tigard, OR
Pay Rate: $20–$23 per hour
Contract Duration: Temporary (4–6 weeks with potential for extension)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday
About the Role
LHH Recruitment is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our property management client's Compliance Department with year-end reporting. This is a critical role that ensures accurate handling of sensitive tenant data during a busy reporting period.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tenant income certification reports for accuracy.
- Approve reports within compliance software systems.
- Enter tenant data into designated portals.
- Transfer sensitive information (income, rent, household data) from one form to another with precision.
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive data.
- Ability to read and interpret data reports.
- Comfortable with manual data entry and information transfer.
- Property management experience is a plus but not required.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $23.00 per hour
