We are seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant to manage the day‑to‑day accounting operations for a growing organization. This role is responsible for handling the complete bookkeeping cycle, supporting financial accuracy, and providing clear financial reporting to leadership. Onsite job in Tulsa, OK.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions

• Enter, code, and reconcile AR and AP transactions

• Create and process customer invoices and apply payments

• Enter and pay vendor bills; maintain vendor relationships

• Prepare purchase orders (POs) and coordinate equipment purchasing

• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

• Prepare financial reports, including Profit & Loss statements and Balance Sheets

• Maintain accurate general ledger records

• Handle multi‑state sales and use tax reporting and compliance

• Support purchasing, data entry, and other accounting‑related tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar Accountant role

• Experience handing accounting through financial statements and managing month‑end processes

• Familiarity with sales and use tax

• High attention to detail with strong organizational skills

• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
