Part-Time Accounting Clerk
~20 hours per week - onsite
A nonprofit organization is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support daily accounting and administrative functions.
Key Duties:
Enter and code AP/AR transactions in QuickBooks
Process invoices, payments, deposits, and bank transactions
Record and reconcile donations and event revenue
Maintain vendor, donor, and grant documentation
Assist with fund and grant tracking
Manage accounting inbox, mail, and filing
Qualifications:
1–3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience
QuickBooks experience required
Strong attention to detail and organization
Proficient in Excel and Outlook
Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
