We are seeking an experienced Accounting Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities and assist with month‑end close. This role ensures accurate financial records, timely invoice processing, and smooth payment application—critical to maintaining strong financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine accounting and bookkeeping functions related to A/P and A/R
Record cash receipts, approved customer credits, and other account adjustments
Follow up on overdue accounts and initiate collection efforts as needed
Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders, contracts, and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies
Process Accounts Payable checks, ensuring payments align with vendor terms and discounts
Update daily cash reports
Review shipment exception reports and take action on credit limit or aging issues
Verify freight bills against customer invoice and purchase order terms; seek approvals for expediting charges per policy
Assist sales and customer service teams with customer inquiries
Appropriately refer customer concerns related to billing, credit, product, or service to ensure timely resolution
Qualifications
3+ years of recent AP and AR experience
Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication and teamwork skills
Work Setting & Schedule
On-site in Tulsa, Monday–Friday, standard business hours
Pay Details: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour
