Administrative Assistant

Customer Service & Support

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking? We’re looking for an Administrative Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our office and keep things running smoothly. In this role, you’ll manage calls, assist visitors, handle essential office tasks, and take on light accounting duties to support daily operations.


What You’ll Do

  • Be the voice of the company: Answer and direct incoming calls, retrieve messages, and provide helpful information to callers.

  • Welcome visitors: Greet guests, monitor access, and ensure a professional and friendly experience.

  • Keep us organized: Update calendars, schedule interviews, and maintain office supplies.

  • Handle documentation: Scan, file, and manage quotes, invoices, and reports in our electronic system.

  • Create reports: Prepare daily sales reports and assist with quarterly and yearly updates.

  • Basic accounting tasks:

    • Record daily sales transactions.

    • Track and update shipping costs.

    • Assist with invoice processing and expense reconciliation.


What We’re Looking For

  • 2+ years of administrative experience or a combination of education and experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Basic understanding of accounting principles preferred.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
