Immediate Opening - Temporary Assignment

Are you a friendly, proactive professional who loves to keep an office running smoothly? We are looking for a front desk assistant who can support daily operations in an onsite role for approximately 3 months.

What You’ll Do

As the face of the office, you’ll play a key role in maintaining a welcoming and organized environment:

  • Greet and assist visitors; monitor the front door

  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls

  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail

  • Order office and department supplies

  • Coordinate department lunch orders

  • Maintain a tidy front office area


What We’re Looking For

  • A friendly, personable communicator

  • Someone who takes initiative and isn't afraid to help wherever needed

  • Reliable, organized, and dependable

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office

  • Comfortable working fully on‑site Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm



Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
