Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service professional who enjoys resolving issues and helping people navigate complex situations? We’re seeking a dependable Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in Tulsa. This is a permanent, direct‑hire opportunity for someone with a strong service mindset and a stable work history.
What You’ll Do
Resolve claims and billing disputes accurately and efficiently
Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
Clearly explain claims processes, coverage, and next steps
Collect, review, and manage documentation while maintaining confidentiality
Work across multiple systems in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
Proven, stable work history
Strong customer service background
Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly
High school diploma required; additional education is a plus
Schedule & Location
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
100% onsite in Tulsa, OK
