Bilingual Customer Service

Onsite | Tulsa, OK | Direct Hire

Are you a bilingual (Spanish/English) customer service professional who enjoys resolving issues and helping people navigate complex situations? We’re seeking a dependable Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in Tulsa. This is a permanent, direct‑hire opportunity for someone with a strong service mindset and a stable work history.

What You’ll Do

  • Resolve claims and billing disputes accurately and efficiently

  • Deliver exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism

  • Clearly explain claims processes, coverage, and next steps

  • Collect, review, and manage documentation while maintaining confidentiality

  • Work across multiple systems in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment

What We’re Looking For

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)

  • Proven, stable work history

  • Strong customer service background

  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and communicate clearly

  • High school diploma required; additional education is a plus

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

  • 100% onsite in Tulsa, OK
