💼 What You’ll Do:

As a Billing Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing and verifying billing data, invoices, and supporting documents

• Responsible for billing clients

• Researching and resolving billing discrepancies

• Collaborating with internal teams to align billing processes with company policies

• Analyzing billing trends and identifying process improvements

• Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation

• Preparing billing activity and performance reports

• Assisting with month-end close tasks and journal entries

• Providing top-notch customer service for billing inquiries

• Supporting audits and special projects as needed

🎯 What You Bring:

• Associate degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 2+ years of experience in billing

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
