Controller
Accounting & Finance
LHH is partnering with a local client to hire a Controller for their permanent team. The Controller oversees the company’s accounting operations, ensures accurate financial reporting, and maintains strong internal controls. This role leads the accounting team, manages month?end close, and supports budgeting and financial planning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close
- Maintain the general ledger and accuracy of financial records
- Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies
- Support audits and coordinate with external auditors
- Lead and develop the accounting team
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 7–10+ years of accounting experience including leadership
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem?solving skills
- CPA preferred
Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $125,000.00 per year
