We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Credit & Collections Specialist to focus on driving timely collections, supporting credit decisions, and delivering excellent customer service—balancing risk management with business growth.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle business to business collection calls

  • Partner with Account Managers and Regional Managers on customer account inquiries

  • Resolve billing, shipping, and dispute issues through research and documentation

  • Review and approve orders for new and existing accounts within authority limits

  • Analyze and establish credit lines, order limits, and risk classifications

  • Reduce delinquency and bad debt by monitoring DNBI alerts and account updates

  • Support lien and bond compliance to protect receivables

  • Assist the credit team with DNBI updates, job/trade monitoring, and order approvals

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills

  • Team‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
