We’re seeking a detail‑oriented Credit & Collections Specialist to focus on driving timely collections, supporting credit decisions, and delivering excellent customer service—balancing risk management with business growth.
What You’ll Do
Handle business to business collection calls
Partner with Account Managers and Regional Managers on customer account inquiries
Resolve billing, shipping, and dispute issues through research and documentation
Review and approve orders for new and existing accounts within authority limits
Analyze and establish credit lines, order limits, and risk classifications
Reduce delinquency and bad debt by monitoring DNBI alerts and account updates
Support lien and bond compliance to protect receivables
Assist the credit team with DNBI updates, job/trade monitoring, and order approvals
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong customer service mindset with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills
Team‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
