We’re working with a growing company to find an experienced Payroll Coordinator who enjoys a fast-paced environment and juggling multiple priorities. This is a full-time, onsite, direct-hire opportunity with strong benefits.

What You’ll Do

  • Run bi-weekly, multi-state payroll for 200+ employees

  • Build and maintain customized payroll reports

  • Prepare and post journal entries

  • Handle garnishments and payroll-related reconciliations

  • Reconcile bank accounts and process payments

  • Support benefits administration and reconcile benefit invoices

  • Respond to employee questions regarding payroll and 401(k)

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of recent multi-state payroll experience (150+ employees)

  • Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now and Microsoft Excel required

  • Accounting experience, including reconciliations and journal entries, strongly preferred
