We’re seeking a detail-driven professional to join an established accounting team located onsite in Tulsa, OK. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys managing invoicing, payment processing, and customer account communications while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Receivable:
Generate and manage daily invoices.
Process customer payments and maintain accurate records.
Proactively follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing inquiries.
Customer Communication:
Serve as the main point of contact for account-related questions.
Maintain positive relationships while addressing payment issues promptly.
Discrepancy Resolution:
Investigate and resolve AR discrepancies, collaborating with internal teams.
Accounts Payable Support:
Assist with processing invoices and ensuring proper coding.
Qualifications:
3+ years of recent and related experience.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
