A global engineering and manufacturing organization to looking to identify an experienced Program Manager to oversee complex, customer-facing programs from contract award through full lifecycle execution. This role operates within a matrix environment and works closely with senior leadership to ensure delivery excellence, financial performance, and risk control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional program execution to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, financial performance, and controlled risk throughout the full program lifecycle

  • Own program planning, performance monitoring, reporting, and corrective actions to maintain alignment with approved business plans and milestones

  • Partner with sales, engineering, operations, and supply chain teams during bid, development, and production phases to ensure viable scope, cost, and schedule commitments

  • Drive structured program reviews, governance milestones, and continuous improvement initiatives in alignment with established program management frameworks

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and relevant program management experience

  • Proven experience leading complex programs in an engineering-driven, matrix organization; aerospace or defense experience strongly preferred

  • Strong command of program management fundamentals, including cost control, scheduling, risk management, and integrated planning

  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence teams and customers without direct authority

This role offers exposure to international programs, direct customer interaction, and the opportunity to manage programs with multi-million-dollar budgets and revenues in a technically demanding environment.
