Key Responsibilities

• Lead engineering development projects from planning through delivery, ensuring technical compliance, milestone achievement, and alignment with broader program objectives

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams, facilitating technical decision-making, issue resolution, and clear communication with program leadership and stakeholders

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource forecasts while controlling engineering non-recurring costs and technical risk

• Ensure adherence to aerospace development standards, airworthiness requirements, configuration control, and design-for-manufacturability principles

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 4+ years of experience in technical project or engineering project management

• Proven background delivering complex, regulated products; aerospace or defense program experience strongly preferred

• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization, with strong planning, communication, and risk management skills

• Proficiency with project planning tools such as MS Project; PMP certification or equivalent preferred

Additional Details

• Location: Twinsburg, OH - ONSITE

• Salary: $82K-103K (DOE)

• Variable work schedules may be required, including nights or weekends during critical project phases

• Travel up to approximately 25% may be expected
