Administrative Assistant
LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with 2 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great Direct Hire opportunity for located in Uniondale, NY.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare, scan, file, and retrieve physical and digital documents in accordance with company protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and databases.
  • Ensure proper document version control and archiving procedures are followed.
  • Enter and update data in spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Generate routine reports and summaries for internal use.
  • Perform data audits to ensure consistency and integrity.
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail and shipments.
  • Maintain office supply inventory and reorder items as needed.
  • Assist with printing, copying, binding, and assembling materials for meetings or distribution.
  • Support HR, finance, or operations teams with clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance records and documentation for audits or inspections.
  • Coordinate internal forms processing, including approvals and routing.
  • Update internal tracking systems and logs (e.g., attendance, equipment checkouts, supply usage).
  • Help maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for clerical workflows.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to streamline administrative processes.
Experience:
  • 1-2 years of experience in administrative role
Employment Type: Direct Hire
Salary: $45,000-50,000/yr


Pay Details: $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
