Location: Onsite, Wailuku, HI 96793
Schedule: Overnight, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM
Pay: $23–$25/hr
Travel: Up to 25%
About the Role
Join a fast paced medical office environment as the first point of contact for patients. You’ll register patients, verify insurance, support PCP initiatives, and deliver excellent customer service—especially during high?volume overnight hours.
Responsibilities
Register patients and verify insurance
Assist with PCP initiative
Cash handling & reconciliation
Provide responsive, empathetic customer service
Requirements
HS Diploma required; some college preferred
A minimum of 1 year in a healthcare setting or1 year medical billing/registration
Typing 25+ WPM (35 WPM preferred)
10-key proficiency
Strong communication & multitasking skills
Epic experience a plus (training provided)
Work Environment
Constant public contact
Standing/sitting for long periods; occasional lifting up to 30 lbs.
Video?monitored space with security access
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
