A manufacturing company located in Waukesha county is looking for a Quality Manager. This is a great opportunity to lead a team of Quality Techs and Engineers at a company that manufactures precision machined parts for some of the biggest names in the agriculture and heavy equipment industries

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

· MUST HAVE experience with high volume machining

· BS in Engineering or related field preferred

· Experience in metal manufacturing

· Maintain the company’s QMS

· Internal and Supplier auditing

· Familiar with quality measurement tools

· Continuous improvement mindset

· Ability to lead/develop Quality Technician and Engineers
