$75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per Year


Our client is in search of an HR/Payroll professional to join their team at the West Hills office. The responsibilities for this role encompass a wide array of tasks including:



  • Processing biweekly payroll using Paylocity


  • Facilitating the onboarding process for new hires


  • Drafting employee write-ups as needed


  • Serving as a liaison for benefits administration


  • Conducting audits on benefit invoices to ensure accuracy


  • Providing support for 90-day and annual evaluations


  • Compiling final paperwork for terminations and aiding in exit interviews


  • Developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures


  • Generating incident reports for company vehicles, employee injuries, and job site incidents


  • Managing insurance and workers’ compensation claims


  • Reviewing weekly safety inspection reports and addressing any concerns


  • Collecting topics for weekly safety meetings


  • Overseeing and approving weekly travel and hotel bookings


  • Assisting in the preparation of both departmental and company-wide meetings


This role requires a candidate who is detail-oriented, adept at multitasking, and possesses strong communication and organizational skills. Experience with Paylocity or similar payroll systems is preferred.


This is a permanent onsite position, Monday-Friday 8 am -5 pm.


Pay: $75k-$85k annually
