LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Accounts Payable Associate to support a stand‑alone, full‑cycle AP function. for an amazing Not for Profit Organization.
This is a fully remote position! (Laptop provided)
***Temp to Perm. Must be available to Start ASAP!
Hours- 9am-5:30pm
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full‑cycle Accounts Payable function in a stand‑alone role
Monitor and manage the Finance inbox; route invoices for appropriate approvals
Upload, process, and manage invoices in Bill.com
Review and approve employee expense reimbursements; follow up on missing or late submissions
Manage credit card and prepaid card expenses (Divvy)
Weekly invoice processing volume of approximately 35–50 invoices
Perform month‑end close activities related to AP, including journal entries, posted cash, and Bill.com reconciliations
Communicate directly with vendors to resolve payment issues and support 60‑day payment terms
Process donor checks received via P.O. box (open, scan, and route appropriately)
Support accurate recordkeeping and timely financial reporting
Maintain highly organized workflows and manage multiple priorities independently
Qualifications
Prior Accounts Payable experience required
Bill.com experience strongly preferred
Moderate Excel skills required
Strong attention to detail and high level of organization
Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication skills with both internal teams and external vendors
Compensation
$30–$34/hour
***Strong preference for candidates with Bill.com experience
Pay Details: $30.00 to $34.00 per hour
