Job Title: Auto Warranty Administrator
Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20–$24 per hour
Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Auto Warranty Administrator to join our team in West Palm Beach. This role is responsible for managing warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines, and providing exceptional support to customers and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in automotive warranty processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner
  • Review and verify repair orders for compliance with manufacturer requirements
  • Maintain detailed records of all warranty transactions and documentation
  • Communicate with manufacturers, dealerships, and service departments to resolve claim issues
  • Monitor claim status and follow up to ensure prompt payment
  • Assist with reporting and analysis of warranty trends
  • Provide support to service advisors and technicians regarding warranty procedures

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in automotive warranty administration or related field
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturer warranty guidelines and procedures
  • Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment


Pay Details: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour
