Senior Cost Analyst responsibilities will include:

• Deliver analytical, forecasting, and reporting support to management.

• Develop, monitor, and maintain program budgets for accuracy and compliance.

• Prepare monthly billings, financial reports, and variance analyses.

• Ensure adherence to financial regulations (FAR, DFARS, GAAP).

• Collaborate with project leads to align financial and operational goals.

• Enhance financial tools and reporting systems for efficiency.

• Manage revenue recognition and present findings to stakeholders.

• Support annual incurred cost proposals and assist with audits.

• Stay current with changes in accounting standards.

• Handle ad hoc reporting and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, cost accounting, or similar roles.

• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data presentation) and Microsoft Office.
