Staff Accountant

We’re looking for a Staff Accountant who’s ready to take ownership of financial processes, dig into data, and help drive smarter decisions. If you have 2–5 years of experience, advanced Excel skills, and a degree in Accounting or Finance, this hybrid role could be your next move.

What You’ll Tackle: • Own day-to-day accounting tasks including journal entries, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance

• Support month-end and year-end close with accuracy and timeliness


• Assist in preparing financial statements and internal reports


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting


• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement


• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls


• Contribute to system and process enhancements

  What You Bring: • 2–5 years of accounting experience



• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance


• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, data modeling)


• Strong ERP experience


• Analytical mindset with attention to detail


• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively across teams
