LHH is seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Recruitment Sourcing Specialist in Woodstock, GA. You will support a wonderful team in efforts across a variety of roles in construction, land development, and sales. This is a hands-on sourcing role ideal for someone who thrives in a focused, fast-paced environment and is passionate about identifying top talent. This is a wonderful opportunity to grow within Recruitment and Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for roles such as Sales Agents, Land Analysts, Construction, and Land Acquisition (exempt and non-exempt)
Build and maintain talent pipelines using LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools
Manage candidate flow and counteroffers
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Talent Acquisition Specialists, but operate independently with minimal hiring manager interaction
Provide regular updates and reports on sourcing progress
Qualifications
Must-Haves:
1–2 years of sourcing experience
Proficiency with LinkedIn, Boolean search, and ATS systems (ADP preferred)
Strong organizational skills and time management
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in homebuilding, construction, or real estate
